Rendering with pixelation..

Everything was rendering fine.. This recent video is rendering with an ugly pixel glitch look.. The preview looks great. The preview on the render screen looks great. But when I open the video it looks very bad.

Any help or advise is much appreciated.

Looks like a video codec problem. What Format are you rendering into?

Maybe running short on RAM.
