How do i create a folder?

I have anime studio 9.5 debut. How do i make a folder in anime studio to organize layers. When I press the create layer button, a folder is not an option there. I am trying make kinetic typography videos so each word will be a layer. It would be much easier with folders. Can anyone tell me how?

Group layers are not available in Debut, but you can use bone layers for the same purpose.

but how come there are folders when I open the tutorials?

You can use group layers in Debut, you just can't create them. You can also import group layers from a file that uses them and use them for your own purposes.
