Flip bones horizontal and vertical

Thanks! I don't know why the feature was never a part of the software, like flipping points vertical and horizontal. Seems like a no brainer to me.

I think it will flip everything but doesn't copy over dynamic constraints. It works with v10.

Version 6? Good grief. If anything I am surprised it works in that version. I don't think I created it till version 7 or 8!
