I imported an .svg file in Anime Studio that I created with Inkscape. The file is a trapezoid and I want to add new points between the existing points. The new points should be added in the middle of two existing points. How can I do that in Anime Studio?
In addition, is it possible to change the type of a point in Anime Studio? For example, some points need to be rounded, other points need to be corned.
How can I add a point in the middle of two other points?

Read the manual, as all this is covered there.

Re: How can I add a point in the middle of two other points?
I read the manual and I found out how to create peak and smooth points with the curvatute tool, but I don't know how to add a point exactly in the middle of two other points
If I add a point, then it is not exactly in the middle. What can I do so that the new point is exactly in the middle of a line(between two existing points)?

Select the 2 points and then go to the scripts tab and select draw then select split curve and set it to 1.

If you have version 9.5 or greater, you should just be able to select the add points tool, and click on a spot on the trapezoid where you want the point to be. If you want the computer the place the new points at perfect intervals for you, then follow what sbtamu wrote. The default on scripts/draw/split curve is 2.
