"Un-Bluring" the background layers when working in AS10.

When I am working on a layer, all of the layers below turn blurry which is nice most of the time, but sometimes I am trying to line things up and I can't see how things look. How do I turn this feature off when I need to?

I think you must turn off GPU acceleration (on the Display Quality pop up window)
