Nobody Likes Nickleback

Truer words have never been spoken.

I've encountered exactly one person in my life who is so lacking in dignity and taste that he likes Nickelback and he is exactly like the guy in your cartoon, especially the thinking of nothing but the band and desperately trying to get others to listen too.

The bathroom scene went on a bit too long but otherwise this was quite excellent. There was a bit of cursing but look at that - it was used correctly and not gratuitously (in this case, to show how terrible both Nickelback and their fans are). There were several laughs throughout, but the ones that nearly brought me to tears were the guy's squeaky van trying to get through the drive thru and the cashier's music and dancing once the guy left. Also, this has nice character design and the gradient-ish backgrounds were really nicely done.

I really enjoyed this XP Overall I think Nickelback is alright.. But this was great man. I don't know why but this style reminded me a bit of Beavis and Butthead. XP

Thanks for the input guys. Yea it's not even that I really hate Nickleback. I'm not a fan of theirs, but I don't hate them either. I just find it funny whenever their name comes up people get so polarized lol. And there is a local radio station here that spams the shit out of the airwaves with their music, so I thought it would be a funny idea. Starting work on 2 new cartoons today, these ones will be only about 2 minutes each, but hopefully I can release them over the next couple weeks and in succession. This particular cartoon wasn't even supposed to be about nickleback, I kinda just started drawing backdrops and characters with a vague idea I was going to do, then just kept adding things and changing the audio. I didn't write any of it down just kind of made it up as I went along so its a little bit A.D.D, the next few I make I am writing out properly and doing a bit more planning so they should be better.
