PLEASE HELP, ME AM DUMB!!!

Post by Alexander Llanos »

Hello to all who read this.

I really can't figure out how to apply textures to to my 3d OBJ files. If anyone could, I would appreciate a lesson.

I've gone to all the tutorials, and I'm just not getting it. I'm using the latest Moho, Wings 3D and UV Mapper with Corel Draw as my paint program.

I could use an explanation as if I were a pale face red headed beaten step child who fell off a ten story building and got run over by a semi truck. No offense to anyone who falls within these categories, but I just wanted to express where I'm at with this.

Thank you.

Are you having trouble getting the textures on the objects in the 3D programs? Or is the problem that you don't see any textures when you import the object into Moho?

I don't even know if there is a texture on my object when I enter Moho. If there is, I do not see it.

But my primary problem would be applying the texture in the 3D software.

OK, in that case I think you'll have better luck asking the Wings 3D folks. If someone here is good with Wings 3D they might give you a quick tutorial, but since the problem seems to be with the 3D software, they might be able to help you out better.
