Multiple mouth lip sync tutorial

I had difficulty finding a good tutorial showing how to lip sync audio using Papagayo, we had one mouth well synced but adding a second one on another character didn't work.

Can someone make or share a good tutorial? I have two characters facing each other and ready to talk, how do I make them talk?
