Help Part2
I traced my story board and rigged it up but I still can't move the limbs without it pulling the image. For instance I try to move the arm the waist comes with. Can someone help me please.

Re: Help Part2
Look up bone strength and point binding in the user manual.

Will do thank you
Re: Help Part2
If your using just images, one for the head, one for the body, etc. Then you need to bind each bone to the image.
So: Place all you images in a bone layer. Size and move them.
Next: Make a rig with the correct hierarchy.
Now: Click on each image layer and over in the tool pallet there should be a tool 'Bind layer'
An all image rig like this needs no bone strength.
But you can combine bone layers and vector layer and have bone strength. Sometime I will use an image rig setup with vectors of the same color to act as a patch layer. The problem is that AS as so many ways of doing something that once you get to know the program you will use a different setup each time you rig a character.

Re: Help Part2
Personally, I don't recommend you to use "Bind Layer", because you lose the ability to bend images and complete the rig using Smart bones.
Instead, select the image, select its correspondent bone(s) and go to Bone>Use selected bone for flexi-binding.
The image will only use the strength from the bones you assigned. Now repeat the process with all the layers you want. Some layers could have one bone assigned, other two, three or any amount you need.
