Ben's Stuff

Post by Ben-Keen »

Hi, everyone :) I'm Ben and I'm a freelance illustrator. I also do a bit of of animation, but want to level up in this area.
Just wanted to share some of my works. I use Manga Studio, Anime Studio and Toon Boom Harmony for my stuff.

Nice, but turn the head more. You could mask the face and get more than the 20 deg. turns you have now.

Thanks for the comments, guys :) Sorry for the late reply, too
Here is some recent work done in Anime Studio 11. Cammy from Street Fighter V.
I feel it still needs refinement. Any critique/feedback would be appreciated.

I think the character looks fantastic - nice line weights :)
Only thing I notice is she appears to be shifting weight from the thighs up, but the body position/legs don't sell this as well as they could?

btw, have you ever seen or played 'shank' or 'shank 2'? this reminds me of the movement on all those game characters - I really enjoyed the animation style in those games :)

Looks great! Only thing I'd adjust is to fine tune the top of her right leg to move more with the abdomen. Right now it looks slightly disconnected.
