OK! So here is the deal, I watched Tutorials on the Smith Micro Youtube channel on bones, and tried to do what they do. For the first thing I made on Anime Studio I made a skeleton with separate vector layers for the skull, arms, legs, spine, rib-cage. I was trying to bind vector layers to the bones so everything doesn't stretch out when I manipulate the bones. The issue is that when I click on the vector layer inside of the bone layer of my skeleton, I don't have separate tools for bone, like bone binding. But in the video they did have the tools for bones when in the vector layer.
I did find out that it does work when I put the entire skeleton under a switch layer, but that's not what the guy did in the tutorial. So I suppose I am trying to figure out how to get the bone tools to pop up when I click on a vector layer for my character. Sorry If I am not very clear, I don't post forums often. But help me if you can and I can answer any more info you need.

Re: Binding Vector Layers to Bones... issue?
OK, let's check.
You have all vector layers inside a bone layer?
You created bones in the bone layer?
Select one vector layer, select the "bind layer" tool, click the right bone?
Select next vector layer, click the right bone?
Repeat with all layers.
