I'm looking for the basic steps of project creations on Anime Studio Pro 10.
As I've seen and read, the first step, would be draw/import their art into the program, and vector trace it.
I tend to get lost after this step, concerning the fact that those whom are providing the information, are over-detailing. Which is not all bad, since there is plenty of content in the program. But because of that, it's fairly easy to get lost and off track. If anyone can simplify a list of basic steps needed for a standard animation project; I would be very thankful.

You can easily start a simple animation project just with bitmaps, that's cutout style.
Or you can get directly into vector creation.
Start simple, try to understand the basics first. Do lots of tests, experiment.

I mean from making an animation from scratch. Because all these videos are quite overloading of info and it's too spread out. What are the basic steps you would take before you begin working with bones. I suggest that watch videos. Each one will cover one or more features of the program. Then use each tool in the tool pallet. See what each one will do. Then work with the layer pallet and make groups, switch and bone groups. Get use to dragging layers around. When your comfortable with them then try a simple animation of the bouncing ball by using the time line.
With the ball bounce, see what effects and efficiency's you can get by using bone layers and/or actions. This is where Anime Studio will save you time and effort. That's the whole point of using any animation program.

I would suggest going through the manual and all it's tutorials. I'm not new to animation but I still did almost all of them, no matter how banal, and I think it was a great idea. It did a really good job showing you a lot of the little things you can do in baby steps. Some of it might feel like it's useless info but some of those surprised me. Sometimes just reading through the little ones is enough to open your mind to it.
