Arm And Torso Rigging Help!
I am trying to make a character... i did layer binding for the arms... but when it swings up... it moves out of place?

You need to center the bone's pivot to where you want the arm to pivot.

You'll have to experiment with placement of the bone pivot so that it overlaps the arm and body. Also, a small crosshair can help in placement:
