I learned this while watching an anime studio tutorial, using onionskins to adjust bones pivot point.
1. Go to a frame, (I normally do frame 24)
2. Go back to frame 0
3.Turn on onionskins for that keyframe
4. Translate bones
-you can now see when you move the bone the layer bind to it will change pivot
5. Make adjustments as needed

That is a great technique! I remember using it in a project some time ago, but then I totally forgot it!
Thank you for sharing it

The onionskin is a nice technique. Thanks for sharing. If you're specifically wanting to do the round connections, like for elbows or knees, you may be interested in this technique if you don't already know about it.

Thank you, for the technique, sometimes using the rounded ends isn't enough because sometimes it gets choppy in one area.
