Text extends beyond audio and gets cropped off

I can't reach the last 7 lines or so because it extends beyond the audio wave form. If I change the frame rate from 24 to 30, I can see it. I can then scale the text sections down and move them to earlier in the timeline. But changing the frame rate back to 24 undoes all that

I tried Mike Kelley's padding script, but didn't have any luck with it. It seems to just be for spacing things out instead of compressing. I'm not 100% sure that it was running correctly(?)

I guess i need to break the audio into sections. It's about 4min of non-stop talking. Or add some silence to the end of the audio.... Hoping there's a better solution though?

Ok what you do is break the text not the audio into sections.
Do the first part. Save the .dat file
Do the 2nd part. Save the .dat file.

Open the first .dat file and then the 2nd and merge them into a 3rd .dat file
