Can the Transform Bone tool stretch a layer in two dimensions ant the same time?
I sometimes use the Transform Bone tool to change the dimensions of the character's body parts (to simulate a cartoon stretch and squash effect) but if I operate the bone's stretching function (by acting on the little circle on the bone's anchor extremity) I can get it to stretch lengthwise but I can't get it to widen, or viceversa.
Let's say I want to make the character's forearm stretch, if I use the TB Tool it will make the forearm longer but not thinner (as it would in a cartoon style). Or, if I want to make the character's forearm squash, I can use TB to shorten it but it will not make it wider. Just wondering if there's come command to achieve this in one go without working on the layer's actual points or without creating special smartbone dials.

Select the bone with the 'Select bone' tool, and in the 'Bone constraints' dropdown menu, enable 'Squash and stretch scaling' and set the value to 1.
