As far as I know one can’t copy and paste single bones from one document to another.
I presume you have to use Duplicate-Layer in the Layer-Palette and delete the unwanted bones or create new ones.

Yes... I agree that Moho should has this feature, but well, meantime (and THANKS God/
bogush_r ) I only can recomend to you try this SUPER, for me at least, usefull script

Ugh.
A feature like copy/paste bones should be in Moho. Honestly, there's no reason to think it -wouldn't- have been in there.
