Expand / Collapse layers command

The need to clear the Layer Panel of unnecessary open bone layers, folder layers, subfolders, switch layers and whatnot, and to make good use of its quite reduced space (especially when not 'advanced' mode), makes it so I continually am feeling the absence of an "Expand / Collapse all folders" command. There are times while I'm clicking away at collapsing all those little arrows when I just CRAVE for it :)
