All of my svg files are importing as black shapes

Hi everyone,
I can export SVGs from affinity designer without any issues, but when I try to export from illustrator all of my shapes are black when they are imported into Moho. Are there any particular settings i should be using in illustrator?!

I believe you have to export as AI8 or earlier.

Alternatively you can export it as SVG Tiny 1.2. You should have no problems.

thank you guys, thats much appreciated, it was the svg tiny 1.2 that i was missing. Illustrator 8 works too but the colours are closer to the original illustrator file with the svg import (see attached).

OMG. Thanks. This helped me out so much. I was wondering what I was doing wrong cause I was having the same thing with the black shapes.

It's also a good idea to not have any gradients, effects or transparency applied when moving from illustrator to Anime/Moho
