6 episodes for a copy of the finished work is a joke. If an animator is just looking to fill out their portfolio, they would be better off doing only one episode and moving on to something else, so they can develop a variety of work examples. Either that, or have some guarantee of how much exposure to their work you can offer.

If you're 12, then you have plenty of time to learn animation, especially if you can already design and storyboard. Why do you have a January deadline?

Re: 2d animators needed for animated web series.
How hard have you tried? Do you have any examples to show? Or do you see yourself as a 'facilitator'?qpop wrote:...i can't Make animation by myself
You can't have everything. Where would you put it?
Re: 2d animators needed for animated web series.
Trust Me I Tried I Watched Tutorials on youtube downloaded a lot of software and i followed every step but still was either confused or it failed.

OK, so you mention working on the script, designing characters, storyboarding... Got any examples of these that would be inspirational? If you're asking people to work for you -- sorry, WITH you -- you've got to bring something to the party, And at the age of 12, that's unlikely to be contacts in the film distribution business (which WOULD be really useful). So, what have you got?

OK, you're 12, that's about the same age as I started. I had a Super8 camera and a lamp and paper to draw on, and not much knowledge. It took me about 4 years to learn the basics of animation. I had my first film on a festival (and then on TV) when I was 19.
You can use lots of animation software today which will assist you in any way, but still you can't expect immediate resuls. Commit yourself to do a little bit every other day, or a longer animation session once a week. Just play around with the software, try different styles, use every function at least once. Eventually you will get as familiar with it as with a hammer or a saw.
Do other stuff: draw on paper a lot. Write stories. Draw comics. No matter how short or how stupid, but you will grow with experience. Collect all results. Once a year, look at it again and decide if anything's worth to elaborate on it.
Eventually you will be able to do a short film which honours your skills.
