Director (can be writer/director)
Sound engineer (or sound technician) for recording the actors, plus you'd need to build/rent a recording studio
Coordinator (because you can't just tell people to work, and expect everything to come together in the end)
Office Space
there could be more, depending on what kind of show and what type of animation you're talking about.
