Importing PSD file with layers

^THIS^ is what I'm getting in MOHO 12 with PS format layers from Clip Studio Paint and Photoshop

if I import as a composite no problem

if I attempt to import select or all individual layers I get the red X boxes as seen in the screen shot above and can't do squat with them

this is the 3rd or 4th attempt at posting about this issue in this forum now so I am giving up hope
Does SmithMicro have tech support? Apparently they aren't monitoring the user forum <???>

thinking now I have to create a CSP action to automatically export all layers as .PNG files ???

A couple of points:

1) Did yo read my answer to your other Post? IMPORT issues MOHO 12 OS Sierra

2) There can be various compatibility issues when importing images as PSD into Moho which may result in a Red X (bad load). As has been suggested - the quickest resolution is to export a PNG sequence, and then import all those files at once.
