BIC KIDS: hand drawn style with Moho

Hi everybody,
here one of my latest work commissioned by BIC.
The dog was drawn and animated with Moho (Anime Studio) and has been rendered as if it was drawn by hands with felt-tip pens, colored pencils and graphite pencils.

Very cool. Did you use animated textures for the pen look?

Thanks! I used one texture in different colors applied on different areas of the dog. Then I used a noisy interpolation to animate the position and rotation of the textures so that every frame looked different from the others.

If I remember well, Lukas used a similar technique for a very nice short. I'll have to search it when I have the time.

Fantastic, you'd have never guessed it was a rigged character. Looks fbf. Another example that should be used by Moho to promote Moho.
