Can we get a little Ctrl+C action goin' on?

Post by stephklein »

animating would go about 70% quicker if Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V and Del actually worked in the timeline, instead of using the buttons...

Yeah, but what would be the use of those key combinations in the main window if they were used as shortcuts in the timeline window?

Perhaps there should rather be an Alt-Ctrl-C, Alt-Ctrl-X, Alt-Ctrl-V and Alt-Del as equivalents in the timeline window. Sometimes it's quicker to reach for your keyboard then rolling that mousevector across the screen. And a key combination to return to the previous selected frame wouldn't hurt either.

 I had overlooked that. Well, you can't know everything. Thanks, Ramón, for pointing us to those keystrokes!
