Is there a workaround in Moho to disable the looping exporting/using an animated gif?
I only want to run the animation once and stop it at the last frame.

You'll need to use a third-party GIF editor to do that. Do a search on Google--there are many free standalone and online tools that let you change the loop property.
If you have Photoshop, you can do it there too. Just open the file, select Save For Web and select the appropriate GIF setting. At the bottom, you'll see this:
