How to get Anime Studio 11 back up?

I can't locate my previous version of Anime Studio 11, however I still have the email links and serial number, however those download links are now dead. How do I connect with Smith Micro to get to my account and re-download the program? Is it even possible now?

that should take you to a page with current and past updates shown on the right of the screen. then follow the link to the "Anime Studio Pro Free updates & scripts versions 11 and 10" (via a support log-in page?) and then there's a panel where you can put in your serial number to get "Anime Studio Pro 11.2.1 Update for Macintosh & Windows"
