Preference Setting to start all bones at 0 strength

I almost never use bone strength, so having to reduce the strength every time I add a bone gets pretty tedious. I would love to see an option (check box in the tool settings or a setting in preferences) to start all bones with bone strength set to 0.

The only way to do that would be to modify the add bone tool. If you're feeling daring, I can explain how.

If I'm going 'weightless' with a rig, I just wait until I've laid down all my bones. Then I select all the bones and set them to zero all at once.
