All these Circus characters are causing me to have delusional thoughts about making a cartoon. Perhaps if I find myself with an absurd amount of time off...
Anyway, thought it would be funny to have the clown be apathetic and annoyed by the simple amusements of the circus. He needs to be challenged damnit!
Everything done in Moho except for the shadow, grain, and a couple motion smears (AE). Windy effect done with scripts=>warp=>wavy. Also some "noisy" keyframe interpolation too--thanks Greenlaw!
