Audio Clipping For No Reason

Audio Clipping For No Reason
Recently, I've been experiencing a lot of clipping and I don't understand why. The audio doesn't clip in any other program. The audio levels are around -12 db. It doesn't make any sense.

Are you using Animation>Allow Frame Skipping?
