Moho 13 Smart Actions problems

So I have run into a problem when it comes to creating smart bones. It seems a smart action that I deleted is still somehow present withing my file and I am unsure of how to break the problem. I find that this new version of creating smart actions a little frustrating compared to 12. Maybe I am doing something wrong.
