Additional info:

Ctrl-R doesn't always render the same as a final quality. The difference may be noticeable in the anti-aliasing quality and also in the background color. If this is important to you, you should render the image using one of the final quality export commands like Moho Exporter or Export Animation. From the render panel, you can set the frame range to the exact frame you wish to render.
