Tiling Script

Hi.
Can anybody shed light on how the Moho "Tiling" menu script "Create Tile" is supposed to work?

there are two scripts in "tiling" -- one is Create Tile and the other is Repeat Tile. Run "create" to make a tile shape and its background fill; then manually edit the "design" vector layer to put what you want on the tile; you can also scale the Tile group to set the tile size; then run Repeat to arrange the tiles over the workspace. There seem to be a few "presets" in there that maybe could have been opened up in a UI (e.g. repeat by ref) but ...

It's a bit slow when you use small tiles.

I thought it may have been some type of automatic tile creator like some I have seen online where you nominate part of an image and the software creates a seamless repeating tile from the selection.

This script was created by Mike after some conversations with Nina Paley.
The first script creates two layers, the mask and the content layer. In the content, you can draw and animate whatever you want.
After that, you can run the other script to multiply that tile. Delaying the animation can create some nice effects.

Ah! that layer copy script is awesome. We used it in so many Wolfwalkers scenes!
