FWIW, I never dock the Style window (or the Actions window for that matter) because, IMO, the Layers window can use all the vertical height it can get. Also, unlike the Actions window, it's not necessary to keep the Style or Actions window open all the time. When I'm busy animating, I keep these windows closed as they become unwanted screen clutter.

To make it easy to toggle these windows on and off as I need them, I like to use the buttons on my MQC panel. It works well with a mouse, and even better if you're a tablet user.

As for recommended screen resolution, I would think FHD or 1080 x 1920 is probably a good minimum resolution. That's what I typically set my screen to and it's reasonably comfortable for working in Moho. Even though I don't dock the Style window, here's what it looks like docked on my FHD res screen...

You'll notice that I also keep the Color Swatch window closed. This makes the Advanced Style window considerably smaller, which leaves room for more useful things, and besides, I rarely sample colors from this area anyway. I usually color my character sheet and sample directly from there, so sampling from the Color Swatch area isn't typically necessary.

(Tip: Moho's color sampler can pick colors from anywhere on your screen, so you can also keep a color palette open in an image browser program, and on another screen even, if you have that option. This is what I sometimes do when I'm at my workplace computer, which has multiple screens.)

Of course, if you have a really big screen (mine are on the smallish end), then you may want to use a higher resolution. If you use a higher resolution, the icons can look too small. To fix this, you'll need to mess with the Windows Scaling options. The exact values depends on the size or your screen, the resolution you prefer, and how good your eyes are. :)

FWIW, I also keep my screen res lower because it's easier to record tutorial videos that way.

That reminds me, if you do decide to undock windows like I do, here are a few annoyances to watch for...

When launching Moho 12.5, the Style window always opens, even after you closed it the last time you used Moho.

If you press the tilde button when you meant to press the Esc button, Moho will re-dock the Actions window. This is super annoying if your like me and never want to dock the Actions window.

Both of these issues were fixed in Moho 13. Sadly, I prefer to work in 12.5 for reasons discussed elsewhere in these forums.

These are hardly deal breakers, but a couple of things to be aware of.
