Re: How do i turn off pink line on strokes?
Under Quick Settings for the layer, disable Path. To access Quick Settings, right-click over the layer and select Quick Settings. This will hide the persistent 'pink' wires that appear when the layer is unselected. Normally, this setting is off so maybe you unintentionally enabled it? Anyway, I prefer to leave it off most of the time.
When the layer is selected, the wires are normally visible for editing, but the color will be what you have set in Preferences>Editor Colors. The default is an aqua color. (Note: Most of the time, I prefer a darker version of this color, closer to teal I guess, to make it easier to see on my rigs, but the optimal color depends on the colors in your character artwork.)
If you want to make the wires not visible while the layer is selected, you can uncheck the Show Curves button at the bottom right corner of the Workspace, or uncheck Paths from Display Quality. The first one is useful as a toggle switch if you just want to check the drawing quality.
BTW, the line inside the stroke is just a preview guide and it won't appear in a final quality render, so you can just ignore it most of the time. As a matter of fact, there are times when I prefer to work with only the wires visible and fills and strokes turned off. (Moho will still render that with full graphics quality.)

BTW, if the above is not the info you need, you'll have to post a screen capture to illustrate what you're seeing on your computer.
Hope this helps.
