Thanks Slowtiger, thanks Victor.
Yes I would surely have loved to have paid more attention to the actual animation.
These animation weaknesses things erk me too, but this was essentially a narrative built by the still frames , due to
ridiculous budget and time constraints.
I do tend to agree with you, these things could not be helped, even thinking up a new shot wasn't on the crdds, there simply wasn't time, I had four background ( essentially) that recycled and made things wiggle about a bit to help sell the story.
Actually the blood vessels are not that bad anatomically speaking, even though the intention was to stylise I did use good reference. I actually did work in the field of medical animation for some years, .
Those pieces were always checked by a board of physicians before release, this wasn't that and was never intended to educate
Oh yes the water colour. Good question.
So I make my own digital brushes, these ones are using scans of some wet ink splotches that in fact I have made brushes in moho with.
You can use them and get similar effects.
That Stick fight animation uses all Moho vector brushes which in fact utilised scans of the same ink splashes I did years ago.
Other scanned paint strokes and scumbles are all used to build new brushes in both Moho and Clip Studio and then painted digitally.
