Moho 13.5 .png/ jpeg not working ( SOLVED )

This will create a folder that includes the Moho file, image folder, etc.. Try opening that file in 13.5.

I tried it that way too. Characters vector illustrations all come smoothly. But jpegs and pngs come as question marks. Friends, maybe my windows 10 is due to the latest version, I do not know. Moho 13 has a lot of problems and believe me we know all the problems very well. But somehow we are still working.

Are all the images in the Images folder after doing Gather Media?

If so, sounds like a problem with your system.

If so, sounds like a problem with your system.

Maybe I don't know. But at 13, this problem does not exist now. It is also very strange that it is not in version 13 but 13.5.

You can't even view the image on your system? That has nothing to do with Moho.
No idea why 13.0 is working.

I mean I can't open at 13.5 not my system. I'm trying to solve this error, too, if I can, I'll write it here again.

During 13.5 beta testing, I ran into a problem where I couldn't use the new Select All Shapes button like other beta team members were able to. My problem was not related to image files, but you might want give my solution a try...

1. Uninstall Moho 13.5
2. In Folder Options, enable Show Hidden Files.
3. Go to C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Roaming\Lost Marble
4. Remove all files and folders from this folder. You can just drag it to a temporary folder on the desktop for now to be safe.
5. Reinstall Moho 13.5

After I did this, my problem went away. My guess is that there was some corrupted data in the folders, and removing it allowed Moho to create new valid files. I don't know if this will help your situation but it might be worth a try.

If this works out, you can safely delete the files you pulled, and set Folder Options back to Don't Show Hidden Files.

If this doesn't work out, here's another thing you can try: Reset your Custom Content folder. First, rename your current folder so Moho doesn't try to reload it, and then have Moho create a new clean Content folder. Next, quit Moho, relaunch, and retry the image loading. If this works, I'm guessing there is something in your old Content folder that's interfering with the image loaders. (i.e., a script that is compatible with 13.0 but not compatible with 13.5.)

I did what it said and specified a new custom folder. Now I'm uploading the photos I put in the custom folder without any problem in moho 13.5. But I can't upload photos from my desktop to moho 13.5 again. I think the problem is related to that. But I can directly upload photos to my desktop with drag and drop to moho 13.

Moho 13.5 is a completely new program and shouldn't conflict with 13.0. Besides, Moho 13.0 was installed in a 'Smith Micro' folder and Moho 13.5 is installed in a separate 'Moho' folder, so there shouldn't be a problem with that. (Personally, I'm surprised Moho 13.5 was not installed in a 'Lost Marble' folder instead.)

BTW, when I installed my Moho 13.5, I used the path C:\Program Files\Moho\Moho13.5 instead of the default C:\Program Files\Moho\. This way, when the next version of Moho comes out, I can keep both versions installed in the Moho folder without conflict. It's not necessary to do this, but I think it's a good idea, and I don't think it hurts anything.

But I uploaded a working moho 13 file to this new custom folder. When I opened it on 13.5, the visuals did not come again. Now I can only open jpeg or pngs that I uploaded to the custom folder on moho 13.5. As I have just mentioned, I do not install from the desktop or other platform, they come as a question mark.
