Big Sur users: How to request a Moho 12 license

Moho 13 has known issues with macOS Big Sur. If you are a Big Sur and Moho 13 user, you can request a Moho 12 license while we work on compatibility issues:

Big Sur users (Mac OS 11) that do not have Moho 12 can obtain a Moho 12 Key to match their Moho 13 version (Pro or Debut) by contacting Support with their Moho 13 Key and their Order Number for their purchase of Moho 13.

Include
- Moho 13 Key
- Moho 13 Order Number or Full Name, Billing Address, and email address used for the purchase

Once Support has the requested information and has verified the provided details, you will receive your key and a link to Moho 12 installer.
Please note: Support will be doing these requests in batches once every business day (Monday-Friday). If you do not get a response by the end of the next business day, please reach out to Support again using the same Support Account.

Hi Victor, very happy to see the original team back! I have Moho 13 (I downloaded 13.5 but cant' install because I haven't upgraded to Bug Sur yet). Though I bought 13, I never used it (I still had 12.5 luckily, on OS Mojave) because of 13's serious visualisation problems on Macs.
If Moho 13.5 on Big Sur addresses 13's problems, I'll be glad to ditch 12.5. But if it should't, I'd be in a pickle.
So my question is: is there a way to keep 12.5 even on Bug Sur? Such a safety plan would be an incentive to make the big (sur) move.
