Hi everyone,
I have created a character with a expression dial and a head turn but when I am trying to use both of them combined target bone in expression dial is getting snapped and the expression of the character is returning to normal as I am trying to give my character a head turn.
But It isn't like we can't use expression and head turn simultaneously because when I'm doing head turn if I move dials of its characters separately it is giving expressions to the character.
But then why my target bone is getting snapped when I'm using them simultaneously?
What could be done to fix that? Please help.

Your expression smart bones are keyframed in the head turn smart bone action. So the head turn is controlling them.

Be careful not to over-engineer a rig. In my experience, hardwiring every possible animation option into Smart Bone Actions increases the chance for unintended conflicts and errors, and may even make a rig more difficult to animate. It can also makes it a lot harder to troubleshoot when something goes wrong.
Admittedly, I put in a lot of SBA controls in my rigs, but it's only what I think is necessary, and I avoid adding controls that may limit posing and expression possibilities, or anything that prevents me from easily modifying the rig for special situations.
Quite frankly, I prefer to spend less time rigging and more time animating whenever possible.

I mean even when I head turn and then change expression with Smart Bone Dial not with target bone, they still change. All that is not good here is target bone getting snapped. Isn't there really a way to correct that?

Your head turn smart bone is controlling your expression bones. Open your "Face Turn L/R" action. Do you see all the bold bones? Those are all being controlled by your head turn smart bone. "Happy/Angry", "Sad/Surprised", and "Expression Control" are all keyframed. They all have keyframes in their red channels when you select them.
