Not a very sophisticated Flash animation (audio- or graphics-wise), but nevertheless very recognizable for cat owners. A cat meows and the owner thinks it wants to sit on his lap. Not so. However, when he wants to get up, the cat jumps on his lap. This is the start of a hilarious sequence of events. Warning, there is a little blood (but no guts) in this animation, though fully functional.

I think something similar would be a good first Moho animation project for any newbie. Simple graphics, but entertaining story. Think of an everyday situation and make it more dramatic and entertaining by exaggerating and letting the characters do the unexpected.
