Can't view thumbnails on M1 MacBook

I know Windows 8 sometimes gave me trouble with file thumbnails. Sometimes deleting the system thumbnail cache would help, but I have no idea about Macs.

Mac doesn't show any thumbnails. Really can't find a solution.

My computer also has the M1 chip and I also can't see thumbnails for selected Moho files.
I recently installed Adobe Bridge and got a pop-up saying that the developers haven't made a M1 chip version, so the version of Bridge will be the Intel chip version.
I'm thinking there may be a little while before some apps (like Moho?) are fully updated to the M1 chip.
A workaround is to Preview a frame of the Moho file and save it as a PNG or whatever, and refer to that.
