What I am learning!

This took forever to export to an animation! Need to remeber to turn off screen saver before hand!
You'll need quicktime 7.0.4 to see.

The artwork is absolutely beautiful.
You might like to put some “Layer Shading” on your “Teddy”
and the scene will be perfect.

That's a beautiful scene, I agree withh Nolan, some shading on the bear and it will fit really well with the rest of the scene. :)

Thanks for the comments and advise. I agree, my vector characters are "Flat". I'll fiddle with the shading.

Thanks again.

Or leave them flat and add a rough paper texture to them like construction paper or felt. It would add a different look and style, but might turn out well.

The shading tool is ticking me off. Why does the shading change frame to frame? How do I keep a consistent look through out the animation? :x

Well, “Layer Shadow” and “Layer Shading” in the Layer-Settings,
or the “Shaded Effect” in the Style-palette in the dropdown-list
below the Fill-colour, stay consistent under the Shadow- colour and
direction you choose.

As far as I know they don’t move at all - even if you flip your object
the shading still remains at your choosen direction.

Cheers
