Cannot hear audio

I recently transferred my Moho animations from my surface pro to our PC, via the "Gather media" function.

On the PC, I clicked on the Moho file that I had sent to my PC, and the animation opened, all intact.

However, the audio is not producing any sound. The track is there, I can see the layer and it is showing up on the timeline, but no sound is being produced. My speakers are playing sound from other apps such as Youtube, but nothing from Moho.

Any ideas? Cheers.

Just some guesses:

1. Is the audio button enabled? It's the one with the speaker icon next to the frame range.
2. Is the layer visibility of the track enabled? If the track is inside a group, is the group visible?
3. In Layer settings for the track: Is the Audio level at 1 or higher?
4. In layer settings, if Spatial Positioning is enabled, does disabling it work? If so, this means the layer is probably out of range of the camera.
5. Maybe the audio is using a codec not on this computer? Check the audio track in another program and see if it plays.
6. If the codec is a common one and the audio does not play in any program, it's probably corrupt.

Cheers Greenlaw, checked all those things and unfortunately no luck. The audio for those tracks plays fine outside of Moho.

On the audio layer settings, you might try clicking Reveal Source Audio, to verify the project is finding the audio file.

Yeah did that and its linked to the right file. I might try importing sone audio for another animation and see if it plays ty Synthsin

Yeah doesnt seem that any audio is playing at all inside the program. But audio works fine, even for the specific audio files outside of Moho, potential update glitch? I am working with the most up to date version of Moho on the PC, perhaps when I gathered the media on the laptop it was using a previous version of Moho, in the 13.5 range, and this is causing some issue?

I did a bit of work on the laptop in Moho, jumped back on the PC and suddenly, audio! Not sure what happened there but will take it.
