Warping group layer

Post by rickevertsz »

Hi all,

Although I’ve owned Moho for 13 years and have upgraded regularly, I’ve just started using it (long story!) and am trying to warp a collection of layers together. I was hoping to group them together and assign a Smart Warp layer to the group in one hit. Doesn’t seem to be possible (unless I missed it in one of the tabs).

Is the only option to assign all of the layers in the group to the same Smart Warp layer one at a time? I have a bunch of vector layers and switch layers that I want to warp together, so it will be a bit laborious to do it that way.

Welcome back (ish)

You can select multiple Vector -or- Image layers, then hit '...' - Layer settings (or have the Layer Settings open, then select multiple Vector -or- Image layers)..

Then set the Smart Warp Layer in the respective Vectors or Image properties tab - and it will apply to all the selected layers.

That’s a great tip, thank you. I didn’t realise that one can edit the properties of multiple layers at the same time.

Thanks for the welcome. It’s been a lifelong desire to get into animation, which is why I kept updating Moho in the hope that I would pick it up in my spare time. Finally, in my twilight years, I’m getting stuck into it. Really loving this software.
