Subject is self-explanatory- I want to try and create a rope with dangle physics that will move whenever the head tilts left or right. What would be the best way to go about this?

Haven't tried that myself, but I'd create a big invisible bone, pointing down; right in the middle of the line between the chain's two anchor points, make this use physics, and let the chain somehow follow it.
