13.5 debut tutorial add a bone to Frank. Cant find add a bone tool

I am new to moho and doing the tutorial using the pdf file and got to step adding a bone to Frank.
I am not able to find the add a bone tool in my moho window.
Can someone help me with a hint as to where this should be.
I have screen shots but could not work out how to add them here.

You need to be on frame 0 and on the bone layer to be able to add a bone.

I am at frame 0. I cannot see a tool for adding a bone.
Where should it be displayed.
The tutorial shows an icon with a grey outlined bone and a plus sign below it.
I cannot see that on my moho screen.

Do you have a Bone layer selected? Moho displays Bone tools only when they're relevant to the layer you have selected. (Same with drawing tools, etc.)

Here is a screenshot of a video showing the bones tools. There are more tools on this than on mine.
Have I missed an addon or something?

Beginners Mode disables bones and other tools. So disable Beginners Mode.
