Hey, not sure what i clicked for this to happen or if its a bug, but for some reason I'm not able to move one of my characters. The rest move just fine. Example shown in the video.

Weird but I have been getting more random glitches since upgrading to Moho 12. While I am probably on an older version than you are I would suggest trying what has worked for me.

Resaving your file as a Gather Media file.

Sometimes just resaving your file as file 2 works but Gather Media as been more effective for me.

If that doesn't work try moving that character into a new folder and moving the folder.

Other than that I am out of ideas.

That character has been moved on the sequencer. You can tell because the green arrow on the timeline is not starting at frame one, like default.
Try moving the layer's start frame back to frame one.

Turns out that I somehow shifted the character's layer in sequence mode. Once I went back into sequence to shift it back, everything worked as it should. Thank you for the suggestions though!

You may have Right clicked on the timeline header (where number of frame are written on), then hold and drag it to the left. I incidentally do it most often. If you right clicked, hold and drag the timeline, below its header, you would be able to drag the timeline to the left or the right. But if you hold and drag its header, you change the sequence of the layer.

Yeah, sometimes I do this unintentionally. Maybe the R-dragging behavior on the timeline should be optional because it's too easy to trigger accidentally. When I'm lucky, moving the layer back to 0 fixes things, but if it's been like that for a while, the mistake can create many unexpected problems elsewhere in the project that must also be fixed.

Anyway, it's something to be aware of when things misbehave.
