Hi!
I want a particle effect to start generating particles at a certain frame but I cant figure out how to do it. All I can get it to do is to turn on the particle layer at a certain frame and that causes the effect to fill the screen with particles instantly. I want the particles to start flowing at this frame.
Is it even possible? Anyone out there who can help?

Re: Start particles at frame X
Thanks for the reply but not quite right. If I turn that off I still cant control it so that it starts generating at frame 200. It starts from frame 1. Any ideas of how to get it starting at frame 200? Can I somehow keyframe settings in the particles panel like I can with turning on animated effects in the layer settings?

Ah! I solved it! Should have checked the manual before posting here........................... The "Particles on" setting, my eyes had somehow completely ignored it.
