cant "shape select" strokes

From time to time i have a stroke adjusted in a way, that its not visible any more. The shape select tool does not work on it, because the stroke is not visible. Layer visibility is 100%. But i see, that the curve is there, when its selected with the point tool. Unfortunately the Curve width tool has no effect on it.
How can i get my stroke back? Thank you!

It's impossible to say without seeing anything. If you can post a file with just the shape in question, I'm sure someone here can take a look.

Solved. The curve was not closed or merged, so no stroke or fill was added.
Drawing unclosed strokes with the add point tool is not working well. Sometimes strokes and fills
are added to the curve, sometimes not. My workaround is to close/merge the stroke to a round and closed form and erase the parts that i dont need afterwards

If you're using Auto Stroke with Add Points, you must keep Auto Fill unchecked. I'm not sure why it works this way, but it's something to be aware of. FYI, I have other tips like this in my Let's Draw Vector Art In Moho, Pt.1 tutorial.

BTW, there's no need to create a closed shape and delete segments. Do this instead:

Select the open path with Create Shape (just click on the path) and press Enter. So long as the Stroke or Both options are checked, Moho will create the Stroke shape.

This is the standard way to create shapes in Moho, and it's how I create shapes most of the time.

I had totally overlooked, that there is a toolbar for the create shape tool . "stroke" was unchecked! No wonder my enter click didnt create the stroke.
Finally my stroke creation works flawless
