What is the Select Group Popup?

I just started using Moho and have gone through the documentation several times and still can't find any documentation on the "Select Group" popup menu that appears on the left side of the tool options area with certain tools like Move and Create Shape.

Can anyone illuminate me on what this is for? I haven't ever seen any items in the menu so I can't test it.
Just pointing me at documentation for the menu would be fine too.

You must create some group of points before, create'em with the Select Point tool (selecting the point/s you want, asingning a name and pressing Create button) and then you'll be able to accede to it from another tools that have the item that you say... BTW, I'd love such a feature too working with bones! (F.R.)
