Hi everyone. i'm rigging a new char and want to reuse only the mouth switch group layer of another old char. Or at least copy a mouth layer and paste it in the new switch group layer. Is anybody can help me?
Thank you . have a nice day.

open both moho files.
in the "old" one - select the layer (switch group if I read your post correctly) that you want to copy then Edit > Copy Layer
in the "new" one - select the layer BELOW where you want the copied layer to end up then Edit > Paste Layer
in the "old" one - select the layer (switch group if I read your post correctly) that you want to copy then Edit > Copy Layer
in the "new" one - select the layer BELOW where you want the copied layer to end up then Edit > Paste Layer

ctrl-c, x, v all work "as expected" on things such as keyframes, points, bones etc. It's only when you get to "big things" (layers!) that you need the edit menu! [Copy/paste layer is Pro only BTW]
Re: copy layer from one projetct and paste to another
Ah, good to know! I want to make a Debut tutorial next year, and will add this tidbit to my notes.
Anyway, for Debut users: right-click over the layer and choose Duplicate. You may then move the duplicate layer to wherever you need it.
If you need to make a copy of a group of items...well, first, use a Bones layer because Debut doesn't have 'Group' layers. ignore the Bone icon, and it's functionally the same as a Group layer. Ok, now right-click the Bones layer and select Duplicate, then move the Bones layer. This works as an alternative to Copy Layer/Paste Layer for any layer type.
But if you're a Moho Pro user, yes, use Copy Layer/Paste Layer instead. (I wish these commands were in the right-click list.)

Re: copy layer from one projetct and paste to another
Sorry, I missed one key issue: I forgot you wanted to move the copy to another project.
In Moho Pro, using Copy Layer/Paste Layer is still the way to go.
In Moho Debut, use Import>General Import. To do this, save a copy of your project file that contains only the 'Group' layers you wish to 'copy' to the other project, or move the 'Group' so it stands by itself in the layer hierarchy. When you use Import, you will see these 'Groups' in a list on the left of the Import window, and you may import them individually.
Or, just Duplicate the group/layer as described earlier, move it outside of its parent, then import only that group/layer into the other project. Then you may delete the duplicate from the original project and resave it. This is basically the same thing, but it saves you from having to create a separate project just for importing.
Hope this helps.
